Quality Assurance (QA) is a top priority at Original Bagel. QA is our commitment to our customers that the checks and balances are in place to carefully monitor quality control, food safety and sanitation. Some of our systems and controls include metal detection, HACCP, and management and third party verification of our master sanitation schedule. Our facility conforms to all requirements of state and federal food and safety requirements, third party audits and the expectations of our clients.
