Original Bagel successfully
partners with in-store bakeries and food service customers who are focused on upscale bakery products.
In 2005, we began experimenting with a 'super-premium' style of bagels that used only extremely
high quality ingredients; at a slightly higher cost. We also used traditional bagel baking methods such as a full
12 hour fermentation on wooden boards, extended boiling time and hearth oven baking. We called our new brand Park AvenueTM... Our Park Avenue bagels sales skyrocketed!
In January 2008, we completed a $3,000,000 plant upgrade ahead of growth so we may exclusively
produce our highest quality, Park Avenue by Original Bagel.
We are proud
